Word of Mouth is a tool many people over look. Tell your friends and family, and other people you interact with the fact that you are on a job search and looking for new work. These people might know a person who knows someone that might be recruiting in Toronto! Networking is a large ingredient to your next job. Sometimes you just need to connect to the right person, so the more opportunities you have to express what you’re looking for, the better the odds that someone in return will follow back up with you.

You need to attend Toronto job fairs to socialize with others, present yourself to potential employers, and try to make a great first impression. Other job seekers might have suggestions for you too, so begin a small group to support each other as you look for employment. You don’t have to do this alone.
